3 Volt with resistors for 12 Volt usage.

Wiring:

Resistors are attached for ease of wiring, just attach the resistor end to the + side on your PSU (“12 volts” ) and attach the Black wire to the - side of your PSU and repeat for each belisha.

You dont require anything else to make them flash.
