For your winter or year-round enjoyment, Dept 56 offers "My Best Teacher" Item #69281.  Issued in 2001, our teacher is sitting on top of an apple.  This piece is a box (shown open)  The face is great.  The reader is intently reading the book.  Her finger is poised to make a point.  The attention to detail is wonderful!!  There is even an yellowing spot on the apple.  Apx. 4in. tall.   NEW in original box that's in fine condition.  Your very special teacher would love this piece!!
