Payment accepted via PayPal. 30 day returns - buyer pays return postage. Please contact us beforehand to request a returns authorisation number - your refund cannot be processed without this. Please notify us within 3 days for any goods damaged on delivery. In the unlikely event of you not receiving your delivery, please message us within 7 days of expected delivery date and we will send out replacements immediately.

Shipping Information
Orders placed where payment clears before 2 PM (Mon - Fri) will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or at the weekend will be shipped first working day. No orders will be shipped during bank holidays or the Christmas period.
Orders will be sent via Royal Mail 48. You can upgrade to Royal Mail 24 for a small fee. Larger orders (in excess of 2 kg) may be sent via other carriers. We reserve the right to use any carrier we choose, at our sole discrestion, without notice. If you request a particular carrier, an additional charge may apply. Any further delivery instructions to be added after your order has been dispatched may carry an additional charge.

PANDEMIC ANNOUNCEMENT

Royal Mail and other carriers are currently experiencing significant delays in some areas. Whilst most orders are arriving on time, please allow extra time for your order to be delivered. We cannot consider an item lost until 20 working days beyond the last estimated delivery date. Whilst the vast majority of customers are understanding and pleasant regarding this, a very small minority are abusive towards our staff.
