Commercial
use: The warranty period for parts
installed or for use on commercial vehicles expires 30 days from the date of
original purchase, regardless of what may be printed on the front of your
receipt.
What is
not covered: This warranty does not
cover parts that fail as a result of improper installation, misuse, abuse or
the failure of another part. Parts installed for use on off-road vehicles,
racing or competition uses have no warranty. Parts modified for use or
installed for use other than their original design and application have no
warranty.

limited warranty above is the only expressed warranty made by BOSTON BUDDY™
TRUCK PARTS with respect to such parts. Any implied warranty, including but not
limited to the warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose,
