6N1P 6Н1П a-g 6BQ7A (ECC85) vintage triode vacuum tube soviet  12pcs.

USSR vintage audiophile high-quality double triode 6N1P. High reliability,

Equivalent to the 6DJ8 / ECC88 / 6922.

Valves can be of different years of manufacture and different manufacturers. Each valve is individually tested with a valve tester. Some valves with Military OTK Mark!

The 6N1P (Russian: 6Н1П) is a Russian-made miniature 9-pin medium gain double triode vacuum tube intended for use as a line audio amplifier and cathode driver.

Basic data:
    Uf = 6.3 V, If = 600 mA
    µ = 35
    Ia = 7.5 mA
    S = 4.35 mA/V
    Pa = 2.2 W

The 6N1P has similar ratings to the 6DJ8 and in the past was sometimes rebranded as such, however differences between the two types (the 6N1P requires almost twice the filament current and has only one third the S value) mean they are not directly interchangeable. The S is about 4.35 ma/V, the 6DJ8/ECC88 has a S of 12.5 ma/V and a gain of 33 and a lower internal resistance. However, the 6N1P is typically more linear for a given load. It is therefore inaccurate to say that these two tubes are identical.

The closest western equivalent to the 6N1P is the well known 6BQ7A. A ruggedized/extended ratings version of the tube is designated 6N1P (Russian: 6Н1П). It has currently found a use as a driver tube in hi-fi tube amplifiers (such as Audio Research models VS55 and VS110) because of its excellent low distortion and low noise characteristics.
The Russian 6N1P tubes are similar to the 6DJ8/6922 families, but NOT a direct replacement, because of the few different parameters! Still, because of the warm, soft, true vintage tone, they are very good upgrade to the western close analogs, if you consider adjusting your amp.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION! BE SURE TO READ BEFORE ORDERING!

In the title of the lot is the name of the vintage Soviet tube and after the symbol ~ the name of the Western analog. Be careful! Soviet tubes are only approximate analogs of Western tubes and match pinout, but are not exact copies of Western tubes. Testing Soviet tubes with Western-made tube testers can sometimes show unreliable results. Programs (Cards) designed for testing Western tubes can sometimes show unreliable results and erroneously show that the tube is not good enough. But these are unreliable results and should be disregarded. The volt-ampere characteristics of Soviet tubes are different from their Western analogs!

Use for testing exclusively testers with programs for testing Soviet tubes.

If you would like to get the datasheet for the Soviet tubes in this lot, please send me a message before you place your order and I will send you a JPG datasheet for the Soviet tube.

Also, do not test vintage tubes with modern digital pulse powered tube testers. Use only testers with a classic power supply. For reliable measurement results, warm up each tube for at least 5 minutes prior to measurement.

I do not accept any claims on the quality of tubes if you test purchased Soviet tubes of this lot on testers with programs (modes) of testing Western tubes or test tubes on digital testers with pulse power supply.
