The box offers the following information, "Uniform Scale, Continental Object Lessons. This series consists of Maps of Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, South America. Dissected Maps of Five Continents drawn to uniform scale & cut to natural divisions, each Box contains One Continent. North America." 36 puzzle pieces (a few missing) are wooden with lithographed illustrations of animals (great looking whales, polar bears, bears, walrus) and flora on one side and maps on the other. Today we are offering a great early Milton Bradley Co. wooden puzzle in its original lithographed wooden box.  Dating to the turn of the century, it was made in Springfield Massachusetts.  The box offers the following information, "Uniform Scale, Continental Object Lessons. This series consists of Maps of Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, South America.
