Here's a nice Olympus XA2 Compact 35mm Film Camera--- I think it's from 1980 or thereabouts.   It's in Very Good Condition--- the Exterior has some small signs of use and wear and tear to the top and front--- a bit more to the back right corner, but otherwise nice condition--- solid and nothing obviously broken.   Mechanically.... I can tell you the shutter fires well at different speeds and "sound" pretty good--- the Auto Exposure appears to be working, but it has not been tested in a shooting situation or checked for accuracy.    Other things move as they should, the lens is clean and clear, the aperture works and looks good, and the the flash charges up and fires.  But that's about all I can tell you--- I have not tested it with film and I'm not too familiar with all the mechanisms of this camera, so I don't know what else to tell you.  the interior is fairly clean but no guarantee how good the seals are.   The box and hard case are in Excellent condition and it includes an instruction booklet--- missing the front and back cover pages.

It's Not Mint, but for a 40 year old "survivor" it's in pretty good shape--- a Collector Piece that Works!   What you see is what you'll get--- please examine the photos.

Continental US Shipping will be $11.50.  It will be packed well and safe.  International Shipping via the ebay program.

PLEASE READ THIS--- By Bidding you Agree with this:   I am not Amazon or a professional Camera Store seller--- just an old camera collector/shooter selling some Used items.  I'm not here trying to rip anybody off or sneak one past you.    But that said... I'm not into having things go back and forth based on opinion, or risk "part swapping" either.  So I'm sorry, I can't sell this item on Approval--- it's being sold As Is, No Warranty, No Buyer's Remorse, No Returns.   I've been a photographer for 30+ years and I know how cameras work and what to look for and can recognize when something is broken.  But I can't "Bench Test" every thing to factory specs and unless it's Brand New... I can't guarantee that every single aspect may be Perfect... especially when it's a 100+ year old item!  Any significant defects that I know of are either pictured or described to the best of my knowledge and I try to be detailed and truthful. but I can't describe every every millimeter of it.   As expected with age, a used vintage camera could be found with a nick or blemishes here and there or a few additional specs of dust inside that I failed to mention, particularly inside the viewfinder... but they won't affect the photos and would hardly diminish it... unless you expect everything to be 100% Perfect.   If it's junk or even "C" Grade... I won't sell it!    What you see is what you'll get and I package my items well, so it arrives in the same condition as shown.
