Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders when being sent within Australia. Your item will be dispatched within 24 hours after the payment has been received. 

Please be advised we do not ship to parcel locker. 

Parcels within Australia should be delivered in approximately 3-7 business days by Australia Post. (Express Postage option is also available.)

The items will be shipped to Buyer's PayPal Address. Please verify and confirm your postal address when you checkout.

RETURN

In the unlikely event that a faulty product has been received, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can arrange for the product to be replaced. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging that you received it. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
IMPORTANT: Please noted that pierced earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.
