Roman gives us Fontanini Nativity figures, ornaments, and accessories.  These figures are the Centennial (Fontanini's) Jesus, Mary, and Joseph.  Item #51550.  These are a great set for Christmas, or in the Life of Christ series.  This set of figures fits in the "5 in" Fontanini series.  NEW in original box. We have some boxed as a set, and when those are sold we will sell the individual boxed figures as sets at the set price.  We have the classic Holy Family set with Joseph standing in another listing.  These figures are a polymer material that is almost indestructible.  Other town figures from the Fontanini Nativities can be added very nicely to the Life of Christ series. 

 Fontanini was founded in 1908 and has produced many figures of saints, and figures from Christ's Life.  The Nativity figures come in many sizes.  In prior years, as small as 1 in. up to almost life size.  The most popular sizes sold today are: 2.5 in. usually in ornaments or scenes, 5 in. & 7.5 in (most popular for home because of the sizes), 12 in., 20 in. 27 in. and 50+ in for large gathering places (Church, halls, etc.) They also have sets which include stables.  Wedding "starter" sets and "first Nativity" sets for children are also available.  There is a huge selection of towns people and buildings, along with Kings, Shepherds, Angels, and assorted animals to add to sets each year.
