Shipping is free within USA and $5 worldwide via USPS first class mail service. 

It will be mailed as pictured with original box and plastic case. 

Lens filter has been used, but it is in excellent condition. Please note that paper box is damaged from storage. 

Glass does not have any visible scratches. I would rate glass at 9 out of 10.  Filter is fully operational and function as intended. 

It is a drop in type filter, OD is 21mm, for series 4 filter holder.
