Return and Refund Policy
Natural Beauty Products Return and Refund Policy is very simple: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 30 days and we will exchange or refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs (if there is not fault with the product. If there is a fault we cover all shipping costs). Items must remain unopened and returned in original packaging. Please ensure you contact us prior to returning and report any faults within 14 days of delivery. All products are inspected for faults prior to shipping. If there is a fault when received and photo evidence is provided, a replacement will be sent within 1 business day without the need to return the faulty item or pay any postage.
