Returns
We want to ensure you are totally satisfied when shopping with us so, if there is a problem with your item you are able to report it to us for Return within 14 days of it being dispatched to you. (Warranty excludes items listed as spares and repairs, or for parts not working)
To arrange a return please contact us and we will arrange this for you. All you need to tell us is which item you wish to return and the reason why. We will then issue you with the Returns address, specific to that item, along with your unique Returns Authorisation Number
You will need to package the item securely in the original packaging (There is a reason we use quality boxes and anti-static bags. Please ensure items are returned in these if applicable) and include a brief cover note stating:
Your User ID
The item you would like to return
The reason for return
Whether you would like a refund or a replacement
Your unique Returns Authorisation Number
Please ask for a "Proof of posting certificate" as we cannot be held responsible for goods that go missing whilst in transit.
