We offer                     shipping on all orders!

We dispatch any order made before 12:00 pm on the same working day (weekends, public holidays and bank holidays are not considered as a working day). Orders placed after 1:00 pm will normally be posted on the next working day.

Any order made on weekends, public holidays or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

If you have not received your item within the specified time frame please contact us as soon as possible.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt.

We are happy to accept returns for items that are not suitable, We will minus the postage as it cost us to send the item however we will refund delivery costs if the goods are faulty but for all other returns we cannot refund delivery costs. Please include your eBay user name and address in your returns package to speed up your refund or exchange process.

It is not possible to exchange an item. We advise you to return the item for a refund and reorder.
