RETURNS

Items can be returned as long as they are unopened and undamaged. Buyer will have to pay any fees for postage and packaging. 

SHIPPING POLICY

We are open Monday to Friday. We dispatch all items via Royal Mail. The estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days after product has been dispatched. Whilst Royal Mail state that most items will be delivered within these time frames it can occasionally take up to 14 days. Unfortunately, once Royal Mail collects an item from us we lose any influence over the delivery of that item which is why we would kindly ask all customers to be patient when waiting for their products to arrive.
