Grain dry mycelium of
 CLYTOCYBE NUDA

Ukrainian mushrooms

The hat. 6-15 (20) cm in diameter, fleshy, in young mushrooms hemispherical, convex with a thin edge rolled down, later - convex-prostrate or even depressed, with a curved edge, often wavy-curved. The skin of the cap is smooth and shiny. The color of the cap in young mushrooms is bright purple, to maturity, starting from the edges, fades and acquires a brownish or ocher hue, lightening in dry weather.

The flesh. Fleshy, dense, light purple, later - softer and ocher-cream, with a weak but pleasant taste and smell, reminiscent of anise

Leg. 4–8 (10) cm tall and 1.2–3 cm thick, dense, cylindrical, slightly thickened towards the base (in rare cases club-shaped), smooth, longitudinally fibrous, under a cap with a flocculent coating, in young mushrooms solid, later - with cavities; at first it is bright violet, later gray-violet, and to maturity it is lighter and brownish. Violet pubescence noticeable at base

Beneficial features. By taste and useful properties close to greenfinch. Also, a number of purple has antibiotic properties.

Use. One of the most delicious autumn mushrooms. It is most often used for pickling, but it can also be used as a side dish for meat dishes. In its raw form, it is not recommended, because the fungus contains hemolysin, which destroys red blood cells. Hemolysin is eliminated by heat treatment, so well cooked or roasted mushrooms do not cause harm.

100g of grain mycelium at 2.5m2.

Flood the ground under the tree so that a depression of 5-15 cm is formed, depending on the location of the roots on the soil surface.

Spread the mycelium evenly over the entire surface.

Cover the garden (or forest) soil mixed with any humus, in equal parts.

Water with the help of a garden watering can at the rate of 10 liters per square meter area

Sprinkle on top of that ground, which was formed during the upwelling with the recess.

Planting can be made at any time of the year and under any tree species.

Watering is done in dry times, often with a garden watering can of 15-20 liters per square meter.

Mushrooms appear 4 times a year - 2 times in the spring and 2 times in the fall, but for the first time no earlier than 2.5 months after planting.

The first harvest is 350-500g / m2, the next 3.5-4.5 kg / m2.

Mycelium grows for many years, while the tree lives.

Every year, in the hot or cold season (when the mushrooms do not grow), sprinkle the humus at the rate of 15kg / m2 evenly on top of the place where the mushrooms are planted.

Indoors, you can try to grow mushrooms in the same way as champignons, but the results will be much worse than in the open area; germination probability is also reduced.
