Small 11.5cm diameter dish with matching ? knife

( the flowers on the knife dont seem to match the flowers on the  plate , so I am assuming it is meant to be like that ?? )

Preloved , dish very good condition , knife has some small light scratches on one side of the blade , box does have signs of wear , including a couple of holes in the base of the box
