Incredible vintage 1950's Original by Rudolf gown purple silk taffeta with fuchsia trim slight train, the whole hem line is lined in fuchsia, 10.5 inches up side hip bustle with fuchsia flowers on each side at the hip there is padding to make the hips stick out, pannier style, these look like shoulder pads on the inside gathered bodice spaghetti straps side metal zipper reversible cape, shawl the gown is in remarkable shape, but like most vintage taffeta there is some fade mainly on the bodice, some very light fade on the skirt, you can see it in the picture, very slight, couple of spots 1 on the bodice, 1 on the front of the skirt just below the waist, these look like they will lift out, 1 small hole on the skirt, it gets lost with all that fabric there is a waist band that came with the gown, it is quite faded, I personally like the gown better without it cape has some spotting on the fuchsia side, right near the edge, could be cut down cape is 100'' long by 24'' wide BUST 32
