Delivery Charges

Delivery is free of charge (excluding locations listed below). Orders over £500.00 is free delivery.

Please leave a phone number that you will be contactable on. This is needed as we may contact you before attempting delivery. If you do not provide your phone number you run the risk of your delivery being delayed.

Delivery Information

Your order is given our personal attention and like all enquiries is dealt with promptly. Delivery time is approximately 7-14 working days, however delivery of round beds and special size ottoman beds could take upto 4-8 weeks.

Smaller & Non-Bulky items are usually dispatched Next Working Day or within 1-2 Working Days.

Your goods will be dispatched in our own vehicle or with a third party carrier.

If dispatched in our own vehicle our dispatch team will contact you via the contact number/email provided to inform you of the delivery date.

If dispatched with a third party carrier, you will receive a tracking number notification with a delivery date and time slot by email or SMS text to allow you to track and trace.

If for any reason we cannot deliver the product you have purchased, in an event when the item is out of stock or discontinued by the supplier, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you a alternative or issue a full refund.

Premier Delivery

We also offer a Premier Delivery Service which would include assembly of the the bed in the room of your choice and dispose of all recyclable packaging, old divan bedsteads and mattresses to ensure that it is appropriately disposed of, in accordance with our company recycling policy.

This service gives the customer complete peace of mind about their goods installed in a professional and safe manner, without any damage to the products or your home.

Our Premier Delivery is available in mainland UK only for:

£75 (excluding postcode below)

£100 for SE England Postcodes (TR,PLEX,TQ,TA,DT,BA,BS,SP & BH).. SW England Postcodes (SO,PO,GU,RH,BN,TN,ME,CI,SS,CM,CO,IP & NR), Wales & Scotland.

Please note: The disposal of old Bed and Mattress is included in the price

Returns

If for any reason you would like to return an item within 14 days of receiving the delivery you should message us via eBay only.

We will refund unused item(s) that are received in re-saleable condition, however you will need to pay for the return carriage. We can arrange a collection if required but this would be at a cost to yourself.

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged, please contact us to report this within 14 days of receipt. We shall arrange for a replacement to be sent or carrier to collect the items from you and return them to us (at no cost to yourself). In all other circumstances, you shall be responsible for return postage/courier charges.

Please note: Bedcloud cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods, so we recommend you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office or Courier. Goods must be in original Packaging Unopened.

Custom Altered Items are non-refundable.

Buyer will be charged 20% Restocking fees, If the buyer changes their mind and there is no fault with the items delivered.
