You don't need anything except this device set and your PC with Windows OS 2000, XP, Vista, 7 or higher with RS232-COM1 serial port or USB connection to repair and programming your G series coin validators.
The offered set with mentioned price contains:
- Communication interface box
- USB to RS232 converter with drivers for Windows (used with PCs that do not have a COM connector (serial port)) so only have a USB connector.
- Universal power supply from the mains 100V - 240V AC 50Hz - 60Hz for powering of tested coin validator and communication interface box + power cable with EURO terminal (if you need to connect a power supply outside the EU, you need to notify me, because you need other plug cable).
- The communication interface box has protection against the opposite polarity of the power supply in case use of non-original power supply (recommended power supply is 12-16V DC 2-5A), also is contain a short-circuit protection for validator powering (polyswitch fuse 1A) and the box also contains overvoltage protection of data inputs and outputs on the validator connector side.
- Cabling for connection for all types of "G" series coin validators, so now 3 types of cabling:
First cabling - 4 hole communication connector JST type and togheter with 10 hole bus and power connector (2x5 holes type witch 2,54mm pitch) for oldest G-13 and other oldest validators.
Second cabling - 10 contacts slot connector (2x5 spring contacts) for newest G-13, G-40, G-46, E-66 validators.
Thirt cabling - 6 hole JST type connector with aditional interface module on cable for G-10, G-26 and G-18 validators
The functions of the programs on PC are not limited, so it is possible to do everything that each program has to offer eg.:
- diagnostics of all sensors of the tested coin validator on validators from the year of manufacture 2000 and higher (LS, CP and others used in particullar type of coin validator).
- Change - reprogramming of output channels of the all types "G" series of coin validators.
- Change - reprogramming of coins or tokens (adding other coins or any metal token or removing the old coins from validator memory) of all types "G" series of coin validators.
- In case of incorrect setting, it is possible to return to the original setting using the "RESTORE" menu.
- Change of channel setting parameters.
- Enabling or disabling unauthorized access lock VDAI / ACMI. They use some authorized services so that no one else can change the programming, but someone can still do it :-)
- Enabling or disabling any channel.
- Enabling or disabling teach mode and setting which channel can be used in teach mode..
- Saving coin validators settings to a file on PC disk and write this settings back to validator in the future.
- Specifically on the G-13mft types can change of "device variant" to change from casino type to vending type and vice versa.
- Change of coin slot number where going particullar coin type after acceprinh to coin changer and additional functions related to types G-26 and G-46, which are used together with coin changers.
- Verification of sw and hw version, checksum, date of manufacture and date of last change of settings of the connected validator.
- Copy channel settings and swap them
- For the G-13mft and G-46.4XXX, display the range of parameters of individual coins types and current inserted coin and compare these parameters for the needs of coin producers and collectors and verify counterfeits.
- Change of data block to another, which already contains all specific settings and types of coins
- Output bus and sorting solenoids test of connected coin validator
- The connected G-46 also allows testing of the tube coin dispenser - coin payer from tubes dispensing test, checking the minimum level of coins in the tubes and reset state of tubes level.
