We operate two warehouses in Australia and we post items according to destination and inventory. Pick up service is still suspended.

Standard delivery: 2-7 business days
Express delivery: 1-3 business days. 

Please note that the above delivery times are for successful orders placed before 11:30am Monday to Friday for Australia. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.  Please refer to the Estimated delivery date in the listing.

We do not ship any orders during weekends and public holiday; any orders placed after 11:30am Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. 

Please note that sometime we will separate your orders into multiple parcels. We will update all tracking numbers on eBay then.  

International shipping is available. Please contact us and let us calculate the postage and delivery time for you. Buyer will be responsible for any import duties imposed by the custom department of the destination country.

WHAT IF I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ITEMS WITHIN ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE?
If you didn't receive the items within 2 weeks after sending, please contact us through eBay message.

We only accept the return of the item in this situation:
1.Item is still brand new.
2.Item is still under the returned within 30 days of purchase with original packing and all accessories .Customers need to pay return postage fee.

Items should be returned in 14 days once your return has been accepted. Once we have received your returned product, we aim to process the refund within 7 working days.

We do not take responsibility for damage that occurs during the return process; please ensure that the goods are well protected when returned to us.
