Can you send direct?
Yes if you want it sending direct to the recipient, (signed and sealed with an
inside message)
I can if you leave clear instructions to do this at the time of
leaving your details.
Shipping address must be updated to the recipients and an inside message is required for sending directly.
When will my card arrive?
I offer free first class UK postage via Royal Mail who aim to
and are reputable for delivering by the next working day.
(They do not guarantee.)
If you need your cards within a guaranteed time then other delivery services
are available such as Guaranteed by next day and signed for at additional
costs.
Can I get a refund if my card does not arrive in time for when I need it?
A refund will be issued in full if the card does not arrive in the given time
frame if you choose the Guaranteed by next day and signed for option.
If you choose the first class, a refund will be issued if the card does not
arrive within 10 working days of your order date as Royal Mail will trace the
item if undelivered after this time.
International postage.
I send my cards via Royal Mail International tracked mail who aim for 3-5 days
delivery within Europe and 7 working days elsewhere.
Cards sent overseas can take longer in some
circumstances so please order in plenty of time.
I do offer Royal Mail International Tracked service.
