A limited edition work, limited to one-hundred and seventy-five copies printed on Hahnemuhle mould-made paper by Skelton's Press, and bound by Woolnough Bookbinding, of which eighty-five copies quarter-bound, and ninety copies bound in paper covers. This copy is numbered one-hundred and forty, and is bound in paper covers.

Signed by the author and illustrator to the edition page.

A charming poem by John Wain, a long poem that takes the reader on a train journey from Oxford to Stoke-on-Trent.

John Wain was an English poet, associated with 'The Movement' literary group.

Illustrated throughout by Arthur Keene.

CONDITION

In the original publisher's paper wraps. Externally, fine. Only a very small amount of edge wear. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
