We do not use vinyl stickers, so our design's do not peel or chip when washed.
All our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.
11oz. mugs measure 8 cm (diameter) and 9.2 cm (height).
Care for your mug by washing in warm soapy water with a soft cloth.
Every design is checked and made print ready then printed in house using the latest technology.
Finally, every item is quality checked before it leaves our premises.

*****Free Delivery - Please note Royal Mail second class can take up to 14 days to arrive, we will be unable to refund or replace during this time.
We use Royal Mail's second class post for free delivery. After we have dispatched your order, parcels are most often delivered within a further 2-4 days but have been known to take over a week. We can NOT guarantee delivery time's.
If you must have your order sooner, we would advise using the express service.
*****Standard Delivery
We use Royal Mail's first class post for smaller standard service orders. After we have dispatched your order, standard service parcels are most often delivered within 1-2 days but have been known to take over a week.
*****Non-UK Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days although under normal circumstances they are completed far more quickly than this. We use eBay to send our products outside the UK, who calculate all shipping costs.
MagicMugUK Returns Policy
Unfortunately personalised items have no value once personalised and as such we urge you to take care that no mistakes are made when ordering as we cannot accept returns once any item has been personalised. We will copy the information you supply us in order to fulfill your order. We will contact you if the wording does not seem 'right' but it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure all spellings/wording are correct. If you wish to consider returning a non-personalised gift, then please contact us initially. All goods must be returned in the same packaging in a 're-saleable' condition in which they arrived. In the rare case any purchase arrives damaged from transit or does not arrive after 14 working days from dispatch date, then please contact us and we will follow up your enquiry. Everyone makes mistakes, including us. Please contact us if the item is faulty in any way and give us the chance to put things right. We cannot refund the postage cost incurred in returning unwanted / incorrectly ordered goods and even where you have qualified for free delivery a postage and packaging charge of £4 will be levied on unwanted goods and deducted from any refund made. You have a duty to return any item to us and the cost of doing so is your responsibility - We advise you to obtain a proof of posting.
