This is a Observation Tower from the Hawthorne Village. This is a Holiday Towers Train Accessory. The tower stands about 8 inches tall and the base measures 4 1/4 inches by 3 1/2 inches. This does light and requires 2 AA batteries. (NOT included) This is from an estate and was displayed but appears to be in very good condition except for some small nicks . Please review pictures. It does light up. Nice addition to your set!
