This is a Vintage Otto Von Bismarck Chancellor of Germany Print of Portrait. It is 12" x 10." It includes a reprint of his signature under the portrait. It has the artist's name and the photographers name under the print. This is fairly old. I removed it from the frame and you can see the yellowing that has occured on the print from time. It appears that it was a page in a book at one time. Happy ruling with an iron fist!D8
