Warranty & Returns

We guarantee the item you receive will be as described.If you feel the item is not as described then please make sure to contact us right away.

If you wish to return an item that is as described, but no longer want, you will be charged a restocking fee (10% of item price, $5.99 minimum) to cover the expenses we have incurred by processing your order and return. You will also be responsible for return shipping. This type of return is only possible within the first 30 days after the purchase date.

In order to request a return please contact us. You will be assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number will be subject to an unauthorized return fee. You will be responsible to send back the item within 5 days after receiving the RMA number; otherwise, you will be charged a late return fee.

All refunds will be made by reversing the buyer's PayPal payment. No other form of refund is available.
