As configured, the array offers an impressive 6TB of storage spread across six 1TB drives. The dual channel 4Gb Fibre-Channel interface allows you to work with 10-bit 1080/60i video. 4Gb Fibre Channel Connection

The dual 4Gb Fibre Channel connection gives you enough bandwidth to work with multiple streams of SD video or a single stream of 10-bit 1080/60i video. Video editors working with HD footage will appreciate the real-world speed that the G-SPEED delivers.

RAID Data Protection

By using redundant hot swappable drives the array protects your data and makes it easy to replace a drive and the data that was on it in the case of a failure. The array is compatible with RAID levels 1, 3, 5, or 6 for data protection. It can also be configured as a RAID 0 or JBOD for maximum performance without protection.

Scalable Design

Two G-SPEEDs can be striped together for enhanced data throughput. Striping two units together facilitates a workflow that supports 2K editing systems, allowing you to edit high-definition 2K footage.

Browser-Based Management

The G-SPEED features an Ethernet port and web browser based firmware. This lets you configure the RAID through almost any computer using an intuitive GUI interface. A front-panel LCD is also included for configuration and monitoring.

Hot Swappable Components

The hard drive modules and fans are hot swappable, allowing constant operation while equipment is being replaced.
