This is an authentic Playboy Jazz Festival t shirt from the 2007 concert series. Buddy Guy and Etta James and The Roots Band headlined, with many other very talented Jazz musicians/artists.  The shirt is sized as an adult medium by Alstyle Apparel, but after a handful of times being laundered, some shrinkage has occurred. This shirt seems to be more like a modern day adult small. See measurements provided below:
