Free Standard Delivery NO WEEKEND DELIVERIES. Deliveries will be made via our chosen courier and all orders placed before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day. We cannot provide exact delivery times but do provide you with tracking information.Delivery is to a ground floor location only, access permitting. Driver may require assistance on large items. Please inspect your goods as any damages must be noted on the courier documentation. You sign to accept successful delivery of your goods from the courier. Deliveries refused at this point for any other reasons other than damage will result in you being liable for the full cost of the delivery, return and subsequent re-delivery charges. Please be advised that whilst we do our best to ensure your order arrives with you on time we do not guarantee deliveries as we use third party couriers and therefore recommend you do not book any trades people until you have received and checked your order. Deliveries made to Highlands postcodes and offshore locations may incur an additional surcharge dependent on items ordered so please contact us to clarify prior to placing an order. We are unable to amend your delivery option or address once your order has been placed due to seller/buyer protection. Please ensure you enter the correct details when placing your order.We do not recommend booking a fitter until you have received and checked your flooring.

If you require your order for a specific fitting date please allow extra time between delivery and fitting in case of any delays. Delivery may take up to 5 working days from despatch. This is of course totally out of our hands and continuing with this sale you accept there could be a small delay due to this pandemic
SAMPLES
Please allow 3-4 days for samples to arrive these are sent royal mail 2nd class
Samples are approx 100mm x 150mm
If you are unsure on the colour and quality of your carpet, vinyl flooring or artificial grass please purchase a sample. Please note we do not currently offer a sample service for laminate flooring.
Flooring of different widths is made at different times, because of this we cannot guarantee a colour match if you order from two different widths or if you order the same flooring at different times (e.g ordering the same item weeks apart). Even if the items are on the same listing.
Returns
Goods must be returned 'AS SOLD' and in the original packaging complete 'AS NEW'. Goods must be complete, unused uncut, and in 'AS NEW' condition Do not fit any damaged flooring because we cannot replace any items which have been cut e.g. if you have opened the packaging to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box or packaging or damaging the product in any way and must be re-packaged as received. Goods must be received by our Returns Department within 14 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of unwanted and non-faulty items after the 30 days. It is your responsibility to return the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Please inspect your goods as any damages must be noted on the courier documentation.You must send photo evidence so we can assess the damage. If you have changed your mind please open a returns case clicking the correct 'changed my mind' option and follow the steps on ebay. We are happy for the flooring to be returned. However, you the buyer will be liable for cost & organising the item to be returned. Ensure goods are fully packaged (undamaged)
