Lot of 9 Lanard 3 3/4 inches tall Action Figures of soldiers, GI Joe's, etc. from 1986. One of the characters is repeated, the rest are all different. The one with looser legs is the one with the helmet and blue glasses, and as said, he can stand up but has to be carefully balanced to stay that way. Others might also have a balance issue, but not due to loose limbs, just weight disproportion between the torso & head and his legs. Rest of condition is very good.
