Remember the Lumberjacks? The Muskegon Lumberjacks and Cleveland Lumberjacks played in the International Hockey League from 1984 to 2001.

The Muskegon Lumberjacks played at the L.C. Walker Arena as members of the International Hockey League from 1984 to 1992 before relocating to the Richfield Coliseum in Richfield, Ohio, where they played as the Cleveland Lumberjacks. The Lumberjacks faced opponents including the Salt Lake Golden Eagles, Kalamazoo Wings, Flint Spirits, Flint Generals, Milwaukee Admirals, Phoenix Roadrunners, Colorado Rangers, Denver Rangers, Atlanta Knights, Cincinnati Cyclones, Indianapolis Checkers, Indianapolis Ice, Toledo Goaldiggers, Peoria Rivermen, Fort Wayne Komets and more.
