You get bellows as pictured. Please note that this item might be  incomplete. So look at the pictures what accessories are included. You get double 3" filter holder , one 4.5" square filter slot (in the front), two 4" rods, I see that adapter and bellows have 8 screws for the filters, and to lock bellows.  

Bellows are missing adapter ring. So you will have to get that separately. 

Again, item might be incomplete. So please look at the pictures. Bellows might be missing other parts as well. Please double check that this is all you need when ordering.
