Your Personalised Keepsake Box

This listing is for a personalised keepsake box for storing treasured items and keepsakes. Made to order to your own personalised specification once you 'Buy it now'. The box is made from strong smooth coloured board. It has magnetic closures to keep it closed and a ribbon to tie the hinged lid securely. It measures 30cmx30cmx9cm deep. The keepsake boxes are available in these colours: pale blue, pale pink, white, cream, gold, silver or black.

How to Buy

1. Select which design you like from the drop-down menu (the extra photos in the listing are just to give you inspiration of how the boxes can be made as a matching set)

2. Select what colour box you want (the photo will not change when you click the colour, but don?t worry, your colour choice will be saved) 

3. Purchase the item (on the checkout page you can select 1^st class post, 2^nd class post or express delivery)

4. After you have paid, send a message to seller with the following information (copy and paste the following questions into your eBay message so you remember to answer them all) 

• The personalised wording you would like on box topper.
• Any changes to the selected design.
• What colour you want the design i.e. same as the example or a different colour.
• Your deadline.
• Remember to add a different address if you want the box posted direct to the recipient (not to you) and we will send you a photo of how it looked before it was posted to them. If you want a gift note put inside the parcel please tell us what you would like written on the note)

All your personalisation details will be confirmed before making your box together with a dispatch date, so please CHECK YOUR INBOX in case there are questions. So, don?t worry if you have forgotten something or misspelled a word, there is time to correct it before your order is made. 

You can have absolutely any words you like, you can change names, dates, ages, relation etc. Maybe include nicknames, so that you express exactly what you would like to say. Say, an example design is shown for 50th Sister with a gardening theme, it can be made for 21st Daughter with a Las Vegas theme, Wedding designs can be made for Anniversary, New baby boxes can be changed to Christenings etc... the choice is endless! The colours used in the designs can be changed to better suit the theme of the occasion or someone?s favourite colour. You can also customise most designs with additional embellishments to make them truly bespoke. Maybe add something to reflect the recipients hobbies, job, holiday destination, jewellery, hometown, university, make-up, toys, games, movie characters, cartoons, films, favourite band, sports team, wedding venue, favourite food, drinks, party theme, animals, car model, number plate, activities and pastimes. You can be as specific as you like and can even send a long list of changes to the design if you wish. No request is too difficult! You come up with the idea and we will come up with the design! This makes each box a truly unique keepsake. If you request a highly personalised design that differs greatly from the example, we will send you a photo of the draft design for you to approve before gluing everything down, so you can buy with confidence. No matter how many changes you require, it is all included in the original price.

Regular delivery to UK - With regular UK 1^st or 2^nd class postage you will receive your keepsake box within approx. 6-8 days.  You can choose postage options on the checkout page. The box is delivered to you fully made up (not flat-packed) wrapped in cellophane, then bubble wrapped and posted in a rigid cardboard postal box. We do not deliver to Argos, so in your PayPal checkout please include a residential or work address.

Express delivery to UK addresses - If you need your order in a hurry please select the Royal Mail Special Delivery postage option when you are on the checkout page and your box will be made as an express order to reach you within 4 working days (excludes weekends) and send a message to let us know your urgent deadline date.

Overseas delivery - International Standard Post can take 5-14 days. Express delivery upgrade is not available for overseas orders.

There are P&P discounts if you order a card together with a keepsake box or album because there is enough space in the postal box to fit all items together. Please add items to your basket then request total from seller before you pay.

Customer Service - Questions are answered promptly so you can buy with confidence. In the unlikely event that a mistake is made in the preparation of your box, there is no need to return it, just send a message and a replacement will be remade and posted as soon as possible. However, as your item will be personalised especially for you, we cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind.
