Prpared baking sheet, line with parchment paper or grease it.Step 2 - Cream butter and sugar together in a bowl. Add egg.Step 3 - Slowly add pancake mix into mixing bowl until dough forms.Step 4 - Roll dough into 1 inch balls. In reserved sugar, roll balls to garnish and place on baking sheet.
