Delivery

Unless stated otherwise delivery is FREE and it is express delivery.  We will process your order and dispatch it within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday to Friday). Delivery should be expected one day after dispatch.

Please note that when goods are composed of multiple packages delays may occur in result of packages  being separated during transport, especially due to larger distances.

Returns

We want you to be happy about your purchase and therefore we are giving you the opportunity to  return the product within 30 days without giving a reason.

Return of goods is only possible if the products is unused, undamaged and if there is no damage to the packaging of the product.

The company reserves the right to withhold the whole or part of the cost of products if the product comes back damaged.

Please note that returns must be made at buyer's expense.

Damaged items

Customers are obligated to ensure the items are checked on delivery before accepting them.

Any damages, or faults must be reported via message service and include pictures of the damaged parts and product. Only then we will be able to provide replacements.
