Pre War - Made in Germany. Perfect display piece with great graphics.

Wind Up works great. No Key. When wound, the clown shakes around and his arm moves up and down so it looks like he is playing the violin. Great action!

This item has been in storage for over 20+ years and only tried once in that period (this week) to confirm it works.
