How will they arrive?
Your order will arrive in a letterbox sized cardboard box, this does fit through your door and does not need you to be in.
OR
Your order will be packed in a small parcel, this will either need you to be in or have a designated “safe space” that your postie uses.
Orders will be sent either 1st Class Large letter or Tracked 24. If your order total is £21 or more it will get free Tracked 24 and your tracking number will be sent to you on the posting day. If your order is below £21 it will be sent 1st Class Large letter unless you purchase Tracked at checkout for only £1.80.
What are the days we post out?
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday.
A little info to judge when yours will be sent, orders placed Thursday 7am-Sunday 7am sent Monday, orders placed Sunday 7am-Tuesday 7am sent Tuesday, orders placed Tuesday 7am-Thursday 7am sent Thursday.

I am not happy with the order received (all reasons)!
Send us a mail via eBay messages, there is no need to open a request immediately as we are here to fix things, tell us the problem, include pics where necessary. Basically, talk to us, we are here to help.
My order shows as dispatched a few days ago and I still haven’t got it, what is the course of action?
This is probably the worst problem our customers face and can happen from time to time. There is no quick fix for this as we have to wait 11 working days from dispatch date before Royal Mail will accept it as lost. After this period of time has been waited we will either re-send the order or refund the total. We have provided an upgrade to postage on the checkout page and you can purchase tracked for just £1.80, we do advise doing this if your order is below the £21 threshold for free tracked.
Even though more than the listed amount are sent, less than that arrived alive?
Send us a picture as soon as you can, this is not how we do business, take a few belly up if you can and we will fix this with no waiting time.
Do we provide care sheets?
We do not. We strongly believe keepers should spend some time researching Isopods and the species they intend to own before ordering. We are here to answer questions but please remember we use huge set-up’s custom designed for optimal breeding and our care doesn’t translate to hobby keeping very well.
The temp’s are really cold. Do we still post out?
When most temps country-wide are 3C or below, no! We also don’t use heat-packs for many reasons.
We will normally catch the cold spells and close the shop (still accept orders, but not post out). You will see a yellow/orange banner across the top of our listing when this happens.
If we didn’t see it coming, all customers with awaiting orders will receive a mail from us detailing options. In short, we will cancel your order or wait for warmer temps. This will be your choice.
