For your consideration are HYGAIN, CDE, AND MFJ TAILTWISTER 150 PCS of rotator bearings for reconditioning ther old worn "egg shaped and rusty steel bearings. These are brand new manufactured exact replacement bearings for the "TAILTWISTER Rotators. Replacing those old worn bearings will give a much smoother rotation in your rotor and prevent possible "seize-up" of the motor. TAILTWISTER rotors use 98 bearings on 2 races and 40 bearings on the lower one race for a total 138. Other "Ham" type rotor bearings are on auction here on E-bay under my name "n3qkradio". I would advise changing all bearings at one time because the older ones may look ok, but in a short time they too will fail. Taking the rotor apart is not an easy task, so changing all the bearings at once will last a very long time. Also included is a liberal amount of Lithium lube grease to lube all the bearings and a liberal amount of Marine Grade anti-seize grease to put on the bolt threads when reassembling the rotor to make bolt removal much easier even after 15 + years in the Florida salt air. I will also send you my step-by-step instructions for the proceedure the way I do it. I have re-built many rotors for the local area ham community over a 30 year span.
