Typical Turnaround Once we receive your print file we do a free file check and print within 1 working day and send your printed goods by tracked 48hr delivery service. It is essential that you check your emails in case we find a problem with your supplied artwork.
Delivery Standard is Royal Mail 48hr Service, we also offer Priority 24hour courier service as upgrade.
VAT All prices include VAT - We are happy to supply VAT receipts for Business customers.
Sending Artwork
 Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to upload your your print file. If you do not receive this within 2 hours of ordering please message us and we will send details.
FREE ARTWORK
 We provide FREE ARTWORK SERVICE for basic text only signs, any further artwork is charged at £25 per hr.


Artwork Recommendations
File Format: Please supply file as: PDF, JPEG, TIFF, or Photoshop.
Colour: CMYK
Bleed: 3mm all round
Safe Zone: 4mm within the trimmed edge
Image Resolution: 300dpi
Fonts: Please embed/curve all fonts
We provide a FREE FILE CHECK for any print problems, however, we do not make amendments or correct spelling errors.  We only convert your artwork to print ready format.

Returns
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund prior to us going to print. Due to the bespoke nature of print, all printed materials are exempt from Distance Selling Regulations so we would not automatically refund a cancellation request once we have gone to print. However, we accept responsibility for the reprinting or refunding of orders where the goods are damaged on delivery or there are quality concerns with the printing process.
