In the Extra Collection the amount of Cards differs depending on which team you pick. ( as some have more than others)

You will get all the Squad Updates, New Signings and Club Captain for the team. 

Which is the full base set for that team plus the shiny Club Captain card.

Each team has One Club Captain Card

The Squad Updates vary from 0-5 cards per team
The New Signings vary from 0-5 cards per team

To be clear there are no cards missing from the sets, some just have more than others, so some teams are as small as 2-3 cards, others are as large as 10 cards per set. There are no cards missing from the smaller sets, Topps just made less cards for that team
