IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON WARRANTY

The warranty on these units is a RTM meaning to return to manufacturer and not to our offices, please message us for the return address if needed, we have two registered return addresses on our ebay profile and one is Bambi UK, this is the correct return address for this unit.

By sending the unit to Bambi UK directly you will quicken the outcome of the return by about a week, as if you send it to us then we will need to then send it to Bambi after we have processed it.

Please ensure it is returned with all the paperwork it came with otherwise the unit will not be recognised as yours when it arrives at Bambi UK.

Please note that the speed variable one is made to order, this means there can be a 2 week more more delay in the order, I will message you before the order is placed to confirm this, it will be marked as dispatched straight away to keep ebay happy but there will be a delay as parts are ordered special and its made by Bambi uk to order

It's a return back to factory warranty on these machines so we would need to have a unit back to look at and see if its a manufacturer fault or a user fault,We send our carrier in to collect this from you and inspect to see what the problem is, as we don't just send out replacements with the Apollo range.If it is a user fault we would have to pass the collection charge on to you and charge for the repair, if however its a manufacture fault this will all be fixed / replaced foc
