Glazed round shaped Siamese/Burma, soft paste, lower fired earthenware instead of porcelain gambling token or counter with two lines of raised Chinese characters on a blue obverse side and an impressed Chinese one Salung denomination character on the uncolored reverse side, manufactured in China (cir 1760-1875 period) for use in Siamese gambling houses as well as a media of local exchange/currency  (see scans). Gambling token measures 20 mm in diameter and 7 mm in thickness. Token or counter has a chipped margin; overall condition should be visible in the scans.
