The analyzer can be used with any Negative polarity crystal detector such as HP 8742 shown in the pics
Can also be easily modified for use with HP, Wiltron, Pacific Measurements scalar detectors by wiring only 2 contacts (Signal and GND) (see pic). The 3rd wire is temperature compensation and only improves accuracy by small amount.
