Locally known as Lokpo, this Unsmoked kaolin clay from Cote d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast ) is earthy, soft -crunchy on the first bite- and then it becomes creamy and gummy/sticky. Please note that the clay is a natural resource so can sometimes contains a bit of sand.   

NB: The colour and taste of the clay may not be the same as I always have new stock.
