An original Nintendo GameBoy Sengoku Ninja-Kun Ashura no Shou / Ninja Taro Cartridge Japan. 

As you can see from the pictures the cartridge plays and is confirmed to operate as I have loaded it up with both the GameBoy Colour and the GameBoy Advance SP. The cartridge is in very good condition with no signs of yellowing or chips on the cartridge. The sticker is in very good condition. Note that this is a Japanese release so the language is in Japanese and not in English. 

Overall this rare GB cartridge is in very good condition and is ready to be part of your collection.
