Description:
1. Features:
12 hours timer lights up, convenient for transportation;

The circuit board has a lamp driver function, and the white LED lamp beads can be used directly. If the lamp beads of other colors are used, the drive current needs to be adjusted. The drive current of the circuit board cannot exceed 20mA, which will damage the circuit board.
Three, electrical parameters:
Solar panel voltage: about 5V
Solar panel current: Determine by yourself according to the use environment, the solar charging current cannot exceed 500mA
Battery specifications: single-cell lithium iron, single-cell lithium battery, three strings of nickel-metal hydride (the battery needs to have a built-in protection board to prevent overcharge and overdischarge) battery capacity: determine by yourself according to the use environment
Battery discharge current: When using a white light, it is about 10mA, and the discharge current cannot exceed 20mA. Flashing frequency: When set to flash, the flashing frequency is about 2hz (other frequencies can be customized)
Important note: The actual voltage of the solar panel and the actual voltage of the battery cannot exceed 6V, otherwise the circuit board is damaged!!!
Four, lamp beads requirements:
The circuit board uses white lamp beads or lamp strings by default. When using the lamp string, the built-in lamp beads of the lamp string are connected in parallel. If you use other colors of lamp beads, the battery discharge current may increase. The lamp bead is directly connected to the circuit board without current limiting resistor. In the case of batches, you can customize the circuit board to use other colors of lamp beads, or adjust the parameters yourself. For specific adjustment methods, please see Chapter 6.
When this circuit board is set to long-bright mode, it can be connected to the LED lamp beads with the built-in chip!!!
Six, battery discharge current adjustment:
When the battery voltage and the color of the lamp bead are fixed, the drive current of the lamp bead is determined by the resistance R3. The default resistance value is 33 ohms. When the battery voltage is 3.7V and the white lamp is used, the The driving current is about 10mA. When using other colors of lamp beads, you can change the resistance value to obtain the discharge current you need, increase the resistance value and reduce the discharge current, reduce the resistance value and increase the discharge current. The driving current of the lamp bead end needs to be controlled within 20m4, exceeding this current will damage the circuit board.
Seven, welding requirements:
The circuit board uses a large-scale integrated circuit chip, which is sensitive to static electricity, and anti-static measures must be taken when soldering, otherwise the circuit board will be damaged;
8. Light control function:
The circuit board automatically controls the light on and off by detecting the voltage level of the solar panel. The whole process does not require manual intervention to achieve the purpose of charging during the day and automatically turning on the lights at night.
The voltage threshold of the light control is controlled by the single-chip microcomputer, and the light control threshold can be customized by adjusting the program to achieve the purpose of lighting under the specified light.
Nine, timing function:
Traditional road studs do not have the function of timing lights. After being assembled, they will keep on when they are installed in a carton until the battery is exhausted. Customers cannot use the road studs immediately after receiving them. They need to be exposed to the sun for charging before they can work normally. . If stored for a long time, the rechargeable battery will be damaged in a short time when the battery is exhausted. Because the road stud is a closed product, the battery cannot be replaced, resulting in the entire product being scrapped.
The road studs with lighting timing function will light up according to the time set by the program after the box is packed, and the light beads will go out when the time is up, so as to save power and protect the battery.
The program running on this circuit board defaults to timing about 12 hours, starting from the time when the light is turned on, and turning off the light after about 12 hours. The timing process is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer. In batches, the timing time can be changed by modifying the program to reach the lighting time of the lamp The purpose of customization.

10. Anti-light interference:
The circuit board has a built-in anti-light interference program. When the light is turned on, it will not be turned off when it is exposed to a short period of strong light. The light will be turned off when the light time reaches about 5 seconds. If the sun rises within the 12-hour lighting timing period and the light intensity reaches the set threshold, the lighting timing will end early and the lamp will turn off.
11. Flashing frequency:
The lamp bead will flicker twice when the power is turned on. This process is a program self-check. After the self-check is completed, it will enter the working state.
When set to flicker mode, the flicker frequency defaults to about 2Hz. The flicker frequency can be changed by adjusting the microcontroller program, and the flicker frequency can be customized in batches.
