Presenting an authentic 1920s Art Deco Australian Marigold Carnival glass Butterfly Bush and Flannel flower comport produced by the Australian glass company Crown Crystal.
This wonderful piece features a beautiful array of Butterflies and Australian bush foliage and flowers repeated around the interior of the top basin.
To the centre a single Flannel flower features.
The stem and foot have been made in clear glass and features "Rays" pattern. This contrasts nicely with the Marigold Carnival glass to the top.
This is a wonderful piece of Australiana that would make a fine addition to any Australian or glass collection.
This piece measures 24cm in diameter and stands 17cm at its tallest.
Presented in excellent near Antique condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.
There are some inclusions in the glass such as air bubbles and small bits of debris, common with pieces from the era and mentioned only for accuracy.
Minor age related wear which is also mentioned more for accuracy.
It displays amazingly!!!
