Lost in Post Claims:  Please contact us if you think your item has been lost in the post BEFORE LEAVING FEEDBACK, we will do everything we can to help track your item.  If your item is needed quickly, please use the guaranteed service to avoid disappointment.  We will offer a replacement item or refund after the item has been declared 'lost' by the postage provider.
