Postage is calculated by actual weight.  When listing an item, we estimate what the weight will be after packaging.  Any overage in shipping will be refunded.  We attempt to keep shipping costs as low as possible.  All items shipped with delivery tracking.

Most of the items we sell are acquired through estate auction sales and our own personal collections.  We strive to list items as correctly as possible, but we are only human and do make mistakes. We do guarantee your satisfaction with your purchase and will offer a refund if an item was listed incorrectly. If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us within thirty of receiving your item.  

Please keep in mind that many of our items are from estates and although items are stored in a non-smoking environment, we cannot guarantee that they did not come from a smoker.  We do everything we can to remove any stains or odors before listing and will state so if odors present, but if you are super sensitive, you should consider the purchase carefully.
