Process:

After making the order, send me a message with the Photo and the Quote or Message from which you want me to do the engraving.

- Upload a quality image, not a darken, close-up photo.

- The image must be well lit.

- It should be sharp and crisp.

- It shouldn't get blurred or pixelated when zoomed in.

- If you only have a low-resolution image, you can upload and I will confirm whether it can be engraved.

- Send the quote or message that should be engraved on the plaque as a message.

It usually would take about a week to finalize your wooden gift.

I am shipping the engraving totally free with a tracking number in a very safe manner. If you need a special courier service like DHL please do not hesitate to contact me. (Currier charge will be added)

Shipping 

We take extra care in safely packing our fragile items to ensure safe delivery.

 

The items will be shipped to your PayPal registered address, please make sure your “Ship to” address on Paypal is correct.

All orders are shipped within 2 business days after finalizing the product.

All the items will be packed carefully in good condition.

The arrival time depends on your location. This time may get longer due to special holidays and various clearances of the customs department.
